Race coaching 2

Meet at the benches near the BBQ at 10am. Rigged (sails down if windy) and ready (wetsuit/drysuit, bouyancy aid on, etc). We will discuss some goals for the session and then launch. We will then do some exercises/drills to practise a skill and then head over and join the second and third races in a controlled fashion.
